Made with glitter fabric (pattern placement may vary) and embroidered felt.

💕 Clip set: with the bow attached to an alligator clip lined with ribbon and the felt rainbow attached to a silver snap clip.
💕 Headband set: with both items attached to one size fits all nylon headbands.
