Orders are shipped within 7-14 days or sooner whenever possible.

Some personalized items can take longer and details of these turnaround times can be found on individual listings. 

U.K. orders are shipped via your choice of either Royal Mail First Class post or Royal Mail First Class Signed For post and shipping usually takes 1-2 working days.

International orders are shipped via either Royal Mail International standard post which is an untracked service or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for post. Both services take 5-10 working days but can experience delays at busy times. 

Yes you may return your item. To make a return please email rosesandbows@hotmail.com with your name, order number and reasons for return. Items must be returned unused and still in original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery of the item. Unfortunately we do not accept returns for any custom orders or any personalised items. When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of the postage unless the item is faulty.

Yes of course, if you contact me before your order ships with your name and order number we can arrange a code for you to deduct the shipping on a new order.

All bows come on a bow card in a clear cellophane envelope,wrapped in tissue paper with a sticker. Multiple items may be placed on each card. If you would prefer items on individual cards for gifts please leave a note on your order, contact me at rosesandbows@hotmail.com or via my social media pages. Crowns come in a clear box so they are perfect for gifts and can be stored once they have been used . 

We don't currently take individual custom orders. We do however have several products which you can personalise.
